Protect your investment by using our top quality installation services.  From start to finish, we carefully cover all of the issues involved with removing and re-installing Heidelberg printing equipment.
   
1) We provide an "Installation Contract" which explicitly details the responsibilities of involved parties

2) We always use the same technician for removal and re-installation of a press
  a) Accountability is the key to smooth installation.  If problems arise it must be absolutely clear whose responsibility it is to resolve the problem. 
  b) The technician removing the machine has specific knowledge of that exact press for the re-installation.  This can save time on the install and catch potential problems with the machine so they may be resolved quicker.

3) We complete a written inventory of all tools and accessories included with the press
   
4) We always perform a full function/damage check prior to dismantling a machine
  a) We believe the extra time and expense of this check is absolutely required when moving equipment.  We have witnessed over the years many problems which could have been avoided had a technician been required (and encouraged) to perform these checks thoroughly.
  b) Photos of any noted damages are taken prior to removal of machine

5) We verify the proper loading of equipment by the riggers
  a) Although, we are in no way responsible for the loading and transport of equipment, we will use our knowledge to assist rigging and transport companies when required to assure the proper transport of equipment.
  b) Perform a "Shipment Inventory" once equipment is loaded for shipment
       
6) Upon arrival of machine at installation location, we perform another "Shipment Inventory" and check for damages during shipment.
       
7) Place and assemble press and accessories
       
8) Assist in co-ordination and communications with required contractors
  a) Electrical
  b) AC and Venting
  c) Plumbing
       
9) Upon completion of assembly, perform full function check and address any discrepancies
       
10) Verify inventory of items
       
11) Perform and Present "Post Installation Checklist" to customer
       
12) Perform matching print test
       
13) Receive sign off and final payment from customer
