| Labor rate applies to all work performed during regular working hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. A rate 1 ½ times the regular rate applies to all work performed outside of these times, except for Sundays and Holidays where a rate 2 times the regular rate applies. | ||
| Travel time is charged for all time consumed traveling to and from your plant. Travel performed not within the regular working hours listed above will be charged at 1 ½ times the regular rate. Travel rate not to exceed 1 ½ times the regular rate. Customers will be charged a $ 0.35 per mile fee on all auto travel, excluding rental cars. | ||
| Per Diem applies to all jobs out of town requiring overnight stays. Customer will be billed actual hotel cost plus $50.00 per day and $50.00 on day of return. | ||
| Insurance Press Life, LLC maintains business liability policy for all service work performed by Press Life, LLC or authorized persons Press Life may employ on a contract basis. For installations Press Life will raise coverage (as required) to meet or exceed the worth of any equipment installed. An insurance certificate will be provided by the issuing agency upon request. | ||
| Warranty Press Life, LLC warranties all work performed for 30 days under the following conditions: Warranty is confined only to labor performed; Press Life is not responsible for defective parts unless item is specifically sold by and warranted by Press Life. No charge Warranty labor is performed between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, all warranty labor performed outside of these hours will be chargeable to the customer at a rate of 1 ½ times the regular labor rate. Press Life warranty does not cover consequential damages including, but not limited to: loss of production time, job spoilage, lost accounts. If Press Life is unable to provide the warranty repair, written approval from Press Life of an alternate contractor must be obtained prior to the repair for reimbursement of repair expenses. | ||
| Billing For the purpose of Billing, work sites within 70 miles of Press Life, LLC. are considered within the local area. Billing policy for work within the local work area is net 30 with a 5% discount on labor charges if payment is received on or before invoice due date. Discount will be applied as a credit to Customer's account. If invoice is not paid in full within 30 days of the original invoice due date, a monthly late charge of 2% (minimum $15) will be applied until invoice is paid in full. All work done outside of the local area is COD. For work done outside the local area where the estimated cost of job completion exceeds $6,000.00 a certified check for one half the estimated job cost will be required immediately prior to commencement of work. | ||
